  • 摘要: 生物安全事件应急救援须跨区域精准调度人员。本文全面梳理了生物安全事件概念及区域协同调配的重要性，不同国家应急救援人员在生物安全事件中协同配置调度实践，区域协同调度配置关键制约因素、调配策略和启示等，并在此基础上提出须采用针对性的数学模型来实现人员的科学、合理调配，以解决区域协调难题。
