低空航空器在紧急医学救援中的应用现状及应用策略分析

Current application of low-altitude aircraft in emergency medical rescue and discussion on future application strategies

  • 摘要: 低空航空器在紧急医学救援中的应用已成为提升国家综合救援能力的关键一环。本研究梳理了国内外低空航空器在紧急医学救援中的应用现状,指出了当前应用中存在的低空空域管理制度不完善、低空紧急医学救援人员缺乏、基础设施和装备配套不完善、装备设施运维成本高昂且不可持续等问题。基于“情境-任务-能力”分析框架,提出了低空航空器在紧急医学救援中的应用设计与相应的应用策略建议。
