Combined effects of noise and long working hours on oxidative stress response markers

  • 摘要: 随着现代社会工业化进程的加速,噪声污染和长工时已成为职业健康领域关注的焦点。目前多数研究关注单因素噪声或长工时的作用机制,针对噪声与长工时联合作用对劳动者氧化应激标志物的影响研究尚未见报道。本综述结合国内外相关文献,总结噪声、长工时对劳动者氧化应激损伤的直接、间接作用机制,分析噪声与长工时联合作用可能影响的氧化应激潜在生物标志物,以期为噪声与长工时联合暴露对人体氧化应激的损伤作用研究提供新思路。
