Introduction to occupational hazards for nurses engaged in interventional therapy and suggestion on protective measures

Abstract
The nurses engage in interventional therapy can occupationally expose to ionizing radiation, chemical, physical, biological and other hazards. Those hazards can cause serious damage to nurses if there is no appropriate protective measures available. Though we have many laws or related regulations to protect occupational population, the occupational health supervision on such hazards among these special population is still weak. The clear regulations and primary protective measures should be legally promulgated. The hospitals, as employers, are obliged to fulfill the responsibility required by the occupational disease prevention to ensure these nurses'health and safe.
